Job DescriptionWho you are As a Senior Relationship Manager at Harness, you will work with our top clients to build the trust, at depth, and grow the Harness platform through relationships that are genuinely irreplaceable. To understand our client's business and objectives the way they do-and bring them ideas, solutions, and access they couldn't get anywhere else. Success doesn't look like a blitz of outreach or a full pipeline. It looks like advisors who are deeply engaged, clients who are well served, and a platform that grows because the relationships on it are genuinely strong.
Responsibilities: What you will do/what you will own - Own and deepen relationships with referring advisors on the Harness platform, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advocate.
- Build deep, lasting relationships grounded in responsiveness, transparency, and a genuine understanding of each advisor's business and goals.
- Grow client assets on the platform-share best practices, identify growth levers, and help advisors expand their books and elevate how they serve clients.
- Collaborate closely with Portfolio Managers to ensure every client experience is seamless and that service expectations are consistently met.
- Gather and channel advisor feedback to internal teams to inform product, service, and platform improvements.
- Identify and convert product adoption opportunities - measured by usage, not conversations
Qualifications: What you will bring- 5+ years in relationship management or client-facing financial services - with a real track record of building trust with sophisticated partners
- Genuine understanding of the advisor business model and the wealth management ecosystem
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence internal teams on behalf of advisors
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; relevant industry licenses or designations are an asset.
- Curiosity about AI tools and how they make the human layer of this job sharper
