Qualifications:- Leader-first mindset with strong business acumen and ability to build AI-enabled teams
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership in complex environments;
- Direct to consumer industry and eCommerce experience required
- Proven executive influence, leadership maturity, and stakeholder trust-building
- Experience leading AI strategy and customer-centric digital transformation
- Bachelor's required; Master's preferred
Skills:- Broad technical depth across infrastructure, platforms, applications, data, and cybersecurity
- Experience with enterprise platforms, integrations, and scalable architecture
