Position Summary:
Seeking a customer-centric, business-minded technology leader to elevate how technology enables growth, enhances the customer experience, and transforms team operations. This role partners closely with leadership to shape the next phase of digital and operational transformation at a company known for strong culture, design-forward approach, and innovation.

Purpose:

  • Proven executive influence, leadership maturity, and stakeholder trust-building
  • Experience leading AI strategy and customer-centric digital transformation
  • Bachelor's required; Master's preferred

Skills:
  • Broad technical depth across infrastructure, platforms, applications, data, and cybersecurity
