The RoleAs Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will work directly with Brian and the global Senior Management Team to drive strategic initiatives, accelerate execution, and ensure alignment across the organization. You will act as a force multiplier-bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to the company's most important priorities.
This is not an administrative role. It is a strategic, facilitative leadership position requiring intellectual rigor, strong judgment, and the ability to move seamlessly between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with the CEO to shape, lead, and execute strategic initiatives and special projects
- Serve as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the CEO and senior leaders
- Act as an "air traffic controller" for the leadership team-synthesizing information, connecting dots, and maintaining a holistic view of priorities
- Facilitate executive road-mapping, business planning, and prioritization sessions
- Coordinate and support key business management processes including budgeting, resourcing, and performance management
- Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure follow-through on high-impact initiatives
- Operate with flexibility and speed in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment

Required Qualifications- 4+ years of professional experience, ideally with a background in management consulting, private equity, or a similar high-performance environment
- Prior experience as a Chief of Staff is a strong plus
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stream projects from concept through execution
- Comfortable driving change and operating in ambiguity
- Highly analytical, with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Intellectually curious and enthusiastic about experimenting with and leveraging AI
- Exceptionally organized, proactive, and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills
- Based in New York City and excited by frequent domestic and international travel

$151,000-$189,000 USD
