Job Description

Lead our engineering team and oversee all aspects of the engineering and maintenance operations for the property. Play a key role in ensuring the appearance, functionality and integrity of the property are optimized while implementing strategies that support efficiency and sustainability.
  • Focus on providing efficient service that contributes to meaningful guest experiences and maintains the physical assets at their highest level.
  • Emphasis on planning, organizing and directing activities that are concerned with the maintenance structures, facilities and systems.
  • Mentor and inspire a team of engineers fostering a culture of accountability, excellence and proactive maintenance practices.
