What you’ll be doing...We’re seeking an experienced sales leader who knows the retail frontline firsthand and can translate that experience into high-impact enablement and communications.
As the Senior Manager, Channel Marketing and Communications, you will be the driving force behind how we equip our sales and service teams to drive growth—delivering clear, actionable content that respects their time and helps them win.
This role demands adaptability, a collaborative spirit, and a strategic approach to communications.
You will work cross-functionally, leveraging AI to work efficiently so your energy goes toward high-impact field support. If you are passionate about developing compelling narratives, executing campaigns, and building resources and tools tailored to how the frontline actually consumes information, this is the role for you.
Key responsibilities:
- Building sales enablement and comms that inform, equip and inspire frontline leaders and teams toward key performance objectives.
- Creating clear, actionable content for launches, sales and service moments, built for how the frontline consumes it
- Using AI and automation to work faster, scale enablement across multiple channels, and increase overall efficiency.
- Performing regular store visits and "listen-ups" to gather direct feedback, build relationships with sales leaders, and ensure field realities shape our deliverables.
- Building and maintaining strong partnerships across the business to brainstorm, create, and launch innovative campaigns.
- Establishing robust feedback loops following campaign launches to analyze performance data, track content engagement metrics, and continuously refine messaging strategies.
- Sharing key learnings and best practices across teams to improve marketing effectiveness while actively shaping the evolution of our overarching communication strategy.
- Keeping a pulse on emerging industry trends and best practices within internal marketing and communications.
In this role, you'll have a defined work location and assigned office days.
What we’re looking for...You are an advertising junkie. You are up on all the latest campaigns. You get inspiration from all the media you ingest. You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
- Five years or more retail sales experience
- Four or more years of experience in communications, communications strategy or internal marketing
- Experience with Google G Suite, AI tools
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- A Master's degree
- Experience in visual communication techniques and applications
- Experience working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Experience in marketing strategies
- Proven ability to foster and manage strategic partnerships
