Qualifications

• Strong proficiency as a Java full stack developer
• Expertise in Object-Oriented programming principles
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace for observability
• Proficient in the Spring Framework including Spring Boot, MVC, and Security
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and working with databases like Oracle and MySQL
• Knowledge in Payment Switch BASE24 EPS, C++, AS400, and Python is a plus
• Domain experience in Retail Point of Sale/Payment Systems
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure services and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical architect for Reliability Engineering of client retail platforms
• Define and enforce SRE standards and best practices
• Architect scalable, highly available cloud platforms
• Lead design and implementation of CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
• Establish proactive monitoring and incident prevention strategies
• Take ownership of major incident responses and corrective actions
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure reliability by design
• Drive automation efforts to enhance operational efficiency
• Mentor and coach junior SRE and DevOps engineers
