A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Change Management & AI Enablement Specialist

Position type: Full-time, Contract
Duration: 6 months, possible extension
Location: Pittsburgh Pennsylvania 15219

Overview:
As a Change Management & AI Enablement Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how employees experience and adopt emerging technologies across the organization.
In this highly collaborative role, you'll partner with business leaders, project teams, HR, IT, and learning professionals to drive successful AI adoption and enterprise transformation. You'll serve as the bridge between technology and people, ensuring employees are prepared, engaged, and empowered to thrive in the future of work.
Your success will be measured not only by project implementation, but by the lasting behavioral changes, business outcomes, and value created through AI-driven innovation.

What You'll Do
Lead Change for AI-Powered Transformation
Become a trusted advisor to project teams and leaders by designing and executing strategies that inspire adoption and accelerate business transformation.
You'll:

  • Partner with AI and transformation teams to embed change management into every phase of project delivery.
  • Assess organizational readiness and identify how AI initiatives will impact people, processes, and ways of working.
  • Develop comprehensive change strategies encompassing stakeholder engagement, communication, leadership readiness, and employee support.
  • Create and activate change champion networks that help build momentum and advocacy across the organization.
  • Anticipate resistance, identify risks, and implement proactive mitigation plans.
  • Equip leaders and managers with the tools, messaging, and confidence needed to lead teams through change successfully.
  • Measure adoption, analyze feedback, and continuously optimize change strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Drive sustainment activities that reinforce new behaviors and maximize long-term business value.

Accelerate AI Adoption & Employee Enablement
Help employees confidently navigate the evolving landscape of AI-enabled work.
You'll:
  • Coordinate initiatives that increase awareness, understanding, and adoption of AI tools and capabilities.
  • Partner with Learning & Development teams to identify skill gaps and create impactful learning experiences.
  • Facilitate AI showcases, pilot programs, office hours, and user communities that encourage experimentation and innovation.
  • Gather employee feedback and translate insights into improved user experiences.
  • Promote responsible AI practices while supporting organizational governance and compliance standards.

Build Meaningful Stakeholder Partnerships
Bring people together to create alignment, engagement, and shared ownership of transformation initiatives.
You'll:
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders, HR, IT, Communications, Learning & Development, and project teams.
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses and develop engagement strategies that build support and readiness.
  • Coordinate executive sponsor activities and leadership engagement efforts.
  • Provide clear, actionable insights on project milestones, organizational impacts, and stakeholder sentiment to inform communication plans.

Drive Project Excellence Through Data & Insights
Bring structure, visibility, and analytical rigor to multiple AI and digital transformation initiatives.
You'll:
  • Coordinate change management deliverables across a diverse portfolio of transformation projects.
  • Maintain project plans, dashboards, risk logs, action trackers, and change management documentation.
  • Monitor readiness and adoption metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Deliver executive-ready updates highlighting progress, business impact, recommendations, and key decisions.
  • Support governance forums and cross-functional collaboration to keep initiatives on track.

Advance the Future of Change Management
Be an advocate for innovation, continuous improvement, and organizational growth.
You'll:
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen change management maturity and AI adoption capabilities.
  • Enhance toolkits, playbooks, frameworks, and best practices that support enterprise transformation.
  • Stay current on emerging trends in AI, organizational change, digital innovation, and workforce transformation.
  • Bring fresh ideas that help the organization adapt faster and work smarter.

What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience supporting organizational change, project management, HR, consulting, organizational effectiveness, technology implementation, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience using enterprise AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar tools.
  • Natural curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring emerging AI technologies and business applications.
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and leadership levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to travel as needed within the United States.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting AI, technology modernization, or enterprise digital transformation programs.
  • Knowledge of established change management frameworks such as Prosci, ADKAR, or Kotter.
  • Experience driving organizational readiness, user adoption, and learning initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
