  • Support documentation and readiness activities necessary for quoting the software release.
  • Facilitate accurate representation of identifiers in service tools to support service execution.
  • Track change/release processes, communicate dependencies and risks, and manage multiple workstreams concurrently.

Full Job Description
The Change Coordinator is responsible for the administration that drives and coordinates software product changes from initiation through release. This role does not own software engineering execution; it owns the change/release process, system accuracy, and readiness coordination required to take developed software to market. This role is highly collaborative with other job functions, all sharing the common goal of software release. Responsibilities - Coordinate software change control inMyWorkshop(ENOVIA).Create andmaintainchange objects (e.g., ECR/ECO as applicable). Ensure correct routing, status progression, approver engagement, and completion criteria through approval and release. - Align with cross-functional stakeholders (Quality, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, Commercial/Marketing, and Service) to ensure that releases and change records are compliant, audit-ready, and operationally enabled. - Own process executionof theend-to-end change/releaseworkflow.Proactivelyremove blockers, follow up with action owners, and drive items to closure. - Partner closely with Program Management and Engineering to ensure that the product structure and software bills of materials (SBOMs) are configuredcorrectly. - Understand andfollowrecord requirements applicable toproducts. - Support readinessand documentationactivitiesrequiredto sell/quote the release. - Partner with Service teams to ensure correct identifiersarerepresented in service tools (e.g.,ServiceMax) to support install base accuracy and service execution. - Facilitate Change Review Board (CRB)meetings. - Track where releases are in the change/release process, communicate dependencies and risks, and coordinate multiple releases/workstreams concurrently. - Identifyrecurring process/system pain points and implement improvements to templates, workflows, and standard work to improve compliance and throughput. Qualifications - Bachelors degree (technical/scientific preferred) or equivalent relevant experience. - Experience coordinatingandcommunicatingcross-functional work (Engineering, QARA, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Service) in a regulated or process-controlled environment. - Strong organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent changes/releases and drive action closure. - Proficiencywith common productivity tools (e.g., Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, Teams) and ability to learn enterprise systems quickly. - Working knowledge of change control concepts and strong documentation discipline (accuracy, completeness, audit readiness). - Experience with software configuration managementconcepts (versioning, baselines) andSBOMcreation/maintenance preferred. - Familiarity with medical device software lifecycle expectations (design control, traceability, release documentation)a plus. - Hands-on experience inMyWorkshop(ENOVIA)administering product structures, changes, and releases preferred. - Experience supporting downstream readiness across commercial/service/finance systems (e.g., quoting configuration artifacts,ServiceMax, GLPROD/cost center alignment) preferred. - Experiencefacilitatinggovernance forums (CRB, release readiness reviews, gate reviews) and driving cross-functional decision-makinga plus.
