Job Summary:
The Certificate Support Manager reports to the Director of Certificate Operations and serves as a key operational resource supporting complex client onboarding, and data readiness and cleanup efforts.
This role partners with Certificate Teams, Account Teams, Resource Pro, and other operational stakeholders to coordinate onboarding activities, improve data quality, and lead certificate projects. The ideal candidate possesses deep certificate operations expertise, strong analytical skills, experience leveraging AI tools, and the ability to effectively manage cross-functional initiatives.
Client Onboarding & Implementation
• Lead onboarding efforts for large and complex clients.
• Coordinate onboarding activities with Certificate Teams, Account Teams, Resource Pro, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Validate account and client data to ensure accuracy and readiness for implementation.
• Identify and resolve onboarding issues to support a smooth transition to ongoing service.
Data Management & Operational Improvement
• Lead account, workflow, and data cleanup initiatives to improve data quality and operational readiness.
• Partner with project teams and operational leaders to support system migration and process improvement efforts.
• Utilize advanced Excel and AI tools to analyze data, identify trends, and improve operational efficiency.
• Support special projects and other operational initiatives as assigned.
• Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities for new systems and workflows as needed.
Requirements:
• Significant Certificate Operations experience required.
• Expert knowledge of certificate workflows, systems, and client onboarding processes.
• Strong understanding of certificate management platforms and operational best practices.
• Advanced Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to drive operational efficiencies and informed decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
