Responsibilities
Scale a book of enterprise and mid-market merchant partners to assist the team in driving gross merchandise value (GMV) growth for our eCommerce business. Identify, prioritize, and acquire a book of merchants to support category growth. Discover innovative collaborative models that fit into merchants' short-term and long-term development plans and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently. Employ a consultative approach by offering strategic content, creator/affiliate/agency partner merchandising, and logistical solutions to all clients. Create compelling sales propositions utilizing best practices and case studies. Update active clients on product developments and new promotional opportunities. Solve key challenges to business growth through strong collaboration with peers and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Marketing, Analytics (any), Finance, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Marketing, Analytics (any), Finance, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Account management, including assessing client's performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and making data-driven decisions to drive account growth; Analyzing quantitative financial and operational data, including revenue, growth, and efficiency, using Excel to generate business insights and inform future strategy; Project management, including creating project plans, managing timelines, and coordinating tasks with cross-functional teams; Identifying leading metrics and objectives for marketing campaigns; and optimizing marketing campaigns based on analysis results to assist management realize revenue growth and customer retention; and Developing strategic plans and solutions for clients. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $112694 - $159600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
