Description

Our Department of Psychiatry is seeking to hire a full-time Care Manager to join our Neuromodulation Division. The Division provides clinical care, research, and education focused on Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and other innovative neuromodulation therapies. Our multidisciplinary team combines evidence-based patient care with groundbreaking research to improve outcomes for individuals living with mood disorders, chronic pain, and related conditions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate patient intake, screening, recruitment, and evaluation activities
  • Conduct structured clinical interviews and psychological, neuropsychological, and functional assessments
  • Explain treatment protocols, research procedures, and informed consent documentation to patients and families
  • Manage an assigned caseload throughout evaluation, treatment, and follow-up
  • Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, researchers, and clinical staff to support patient care and study activities
  • Coordinate insurance verification, benefit review, prior authorizations, and treatment extensions as needed
  • Maintain accurate clinical and research documentation within electronic medical records and study databases
  • Monitor patient progress and identify barriers to care while facilitating appropriate follow-up and support services
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and assist with operational and research-related projects

Salary range: $38.19/hr - $61.45/hr
