Full Job Description
As the Regional Assistant Director for the Central Coast, you will serve as the primary operational partner and deputy to the Director, Operation. You will be responsible for supporting daily clinic operations, staff management, and stepping in during the Director's place in their absence to make critical decisions impacting patient care and clinic performance. The position also leads strategic initiatives and projects while providing financial oversight through budget management, performance monitoring, and identifying cost optimization opportunities across multiple clinic locations. Additionally, the Asst. Director will provide direct oversight of 3+ targeted clinics within the assigned region, to include direct supervision of those respective clinic managers. Salary Range: $105,700.00 - $234,500.00 annually
