Job Overview

This is a Full-Time position based in our office in Bronx, New York. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction by managing client communications effectively and efficiently. The offered salary for this role is between $90,000 and $125,450 USD per annum, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling all inbound calls and email enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information about our range of construction services, project timelines, and company policies.
  • Schedule appointments, service calls, and consultations for our technical and sales teams.
  • Document all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints accurately within our CRM system.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints promptly or escalate them to the appropriate department to ensure a swift resolution.
  • Perform outbound calls for appointment confirmations, client follow-ups, and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain an organised workflow to manage multiple enquiries and tasks simultaneously.
