What's In It For You:The Client Services Representative serves as a trusted advisor to customers and provides sales and service support across the district. This role focuses on processing quotes and orders, responding to customer inquiries by phone and email, and supporting Account Managers and multiple store locations. The position requires regular on-site presence and strong customer service skills to help drive store productivity and sales growth.
What You Will Do:• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, identify needs, and provide effective solutions.
• Process quotes and orders for Account Managers, maintaining high volume and accuracy.
• Provide technical support, promote product offerings, and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Make outbound calls, resolve customer issues within policy, and visit customers as needed.
• Support store operations through event assistance, in-store coverage, inventory tasks, and adherence to safety and standard work.
• Collaborate with teams, mentor new associates, engage in community activities, and model strong customer-facing behavior.
What You Will Bring:• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years of inside sales, retail, or related experience.
• HVAC or mechanical background preferred.
• Strong customer service, sales, and relationship-building skills.
• High energy, teamwork orientation, and comfort with Microsoft Office tools.
