- Provide accurate information regarding property listings, services, and the home buying/selling process.
- Efficiently connect prospective clients with the appropriate real estate advisors based on their specific requirements.
- Resolve any customer issues or complaints with patience and integrity, ensuring a satisfactory outcome.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with our team of real estate advisors to provide seamless administrative and operational support.
- Gather and document customer feedback to help identify opportunities for service improvement.
Qualifications- Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience within the real estate industry would be considered an advantage but is not required.
