Bronx, New York. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction by managing client communications effectively and efficiently. The offered salary for this role is between
$90,000 and $125,450 USD per annum, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling all inbound calls and email enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about our range of construction services, project timelines, and company policies.
- Schedule appointments, service calls, and consultations for our technical and sales teams.
- Document all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints accurately within our CRM system.
- Resolve client issues and complaints promptly or escalate them to the appropriate department to ensure a swift resolution.
- Perform outbound calls for appointment confirmations, client follow-ups, and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain an organised workflow to manage multiple enquiries and tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications- Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers, including CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience within the construction or a related trade industry would be a significant advantage but is not required.
