- Business Systems Analyst in Banking, Financial Services, or Wealth Management.
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, system analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Expertise in Agile delivery methodology, including user story creation, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and in-sprint support.
- Experience translating business requirements into detailed functional and system requirements.
- Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mapping, and business rules documentation.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system integration concepts.
- Experience supporting UAT planning, test case reviews, defect triage, and production issue analysis.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Experience working closely with Business, Development, Architecture, and QA teams to deliver solutions.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile project delivery tools.
- Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Wealth Management, Brokerage, Investment Accounts, Client Onboarding, KYC, Trading, or Portfolio Management is preferred."
Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
