- Ensure operational readiness through SOP development, training, and go-live planning.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-6 years of IT business analysis experience.
- Strong technology background with Agile delivery experience.
- Procurement domain experience.
- Exposure to AI technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Experience with ERP systems and integration with eProcurement (e.g., Ivalua) and Contract Lifecycle Management solutions.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in insurance, claims, or financial services.
- Consulting background (Big 4 or equivalent).
- Familiarity with customer communication platforms (telephony, digital, chatbot).
