As a Business Systems Analyst, you will support Digital Engineering Operations in Canada by assisting with mobile app-related processes, release activities, and access management tasks. You will work closely team to help ensure mobile app operations are executed in alignment with business strategies, security controls, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

  • Manage Scotiabank's mobile apps in mobile app portals such as Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console, ensuring alignment with Bank security standards and guidelines.
  • Manage user access requests for mobile app portals (e.g., add, modify, remove user access).
  • Support the iOS and Android mobile app release process.
  • Assist the App Management team with audit activities and certificate/profile management as needed.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Security teams to resolve questions and support smooth mobile app release activities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of mobile release operations and internal processes.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment aligned with Scotiabank's values.
