Description

MetaPhase currently supports U.S. Department of Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) through the IT Training and Communications Services (ITaCS) initiative, helping ICE users adopt, understand, and effectively use IT systems while maintaining training content, communications, and performance insights.

In support of this project, MetaPhase is seeking a Business Process Reengineering Analyst with three to seven (3-7+) years of experience to evaluate existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement strategies to optimize workflows within the organization. This role involves utilizing data-driven analysis and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across various functions.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, utilizing data-driven analysis and industry best practices.


  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that process improvements are effectively communicated and adopted by a geographically dispersed user base.


  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements and training initiatives, making adjustments as necessary based on feedback and performance metrics.


  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input from stakeholders and ensure alignment on process improvement initiatives.


  • Document and communicate process changes, ensuring that all relevant parties are informed and trained on new workflows.


  • Utilize project management methodologies to oversee the implementation of process improvements, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.


What We Need From You (Required)

  • Ability to successfully fulfill ICE Public Trust suitability requirements.


  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, management, or related field


  • 3-7 or more years of relevant experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing strategies to optimize workflows for IT training solutions.


  • 3 or more years of experience working in a U.S. Government environment.


  • 5 or more years of experience supporting a large Federal law enforcement IT program.


  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions regarding process improvements.


  • Experience in an Agile environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in project execution.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.


  • Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and drive change within an organization.


Nice to Have (Desired)

  • Experience providing consulting support to federal government clients, preferably in complex enterprise IT environments.


  • Lean Six Sigma certification or demonstrated experience applying process-improvement methodologies.


  • Experience supporting DHS, ICE, or other federal law-enforcement organizations.


  • Strong ability to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven process improvements.


  • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with geographically dispersed, cross-functional stakeholders.


Required Clearance

Ability to obtain and successfully fulfill ICE Public Trust/Suitability requirements; U.S. Citizenship preferred.

Work Location

Hybrid - Washington, DC. Remote work with onsite engagement at ICE Headquarters in Washington, DC as requested.

Travel

May be required.
