What You Will Do:The Organizational Design Consultant assesses current organizational structures and designs new operating models to optimize effectiveness and support strategic objectives. This role guides leaders through change management and restructuring initiatives.
Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing organizational structures and identify improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement new operating models and governance frameworks.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to support organizational change.
- Collaborate with HR to align talent management and succession planning with new structures.
- Document organizational design processes and decisions.
What You Will Need:- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
- Bachelor's degree
- FOUR (4) years of experience in organizational design, organizational assessment, or organizational change.
- Ability to work at client site in Washington, DC at least 3 days/week
What Would Be Nice To Have:- Experience working with senior government officials of C-suite executives.
- Experience applying change management principles across projects.
The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
