Business Process Manager (Expert/SME Level) to optimize, evolve, and sustain organizational workflows across global technical operations. In this role, you'll partner closely with Linux and Windows system teams, cloud environments, and cyber operations personnel to streamline business processes that support emerging mission needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:
- Operations and Maintenance experience with Server-Client information systems.
- Linux and Windows server-client environments.
- Working with evolving customer Information Systems to meet emerging mission needs.
- Global network integration and network operations.
- Cloud data center environments.
- Cyber operations.
- Managing and evolving organizational business flows.
- Ability to travel world-wide to low-risk environments.
Highly Desired QualificationsOther skills and demonstrated experiences with or in the following are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work include:
- Datacenter deployments world-wide.
- IT support to overseas operational environments.
- Managing global data networks.
