Job Description

SAIC is seeking a highly motivated candidate to support an exciting customer mission area as a Senior Systems Integrator. The successful candidate will thrive in a mission-focused environment where individual performance and collaboration is valued. The candidate must be self-driven to accomplish tasks, be meticulous in their work, be process oriented, and possess strong organizational abilities. Being able to learn new concepts quickly is key.

In this role, the candidate will:
  • Support customer office vendor management - both with existing vendors and in exploring opportunities with new vendors
  • Develop and institutionalize requirements governance through the requirements lifecycle and develop requirements management SOPs
  • Lead the requirements process coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to record, trace, and version-control vendor requirements
  • Provide baseline management and support to the prioritization of projects and requirements
  • Support office engagement with vendors and other stakeholders by managing business processes
  • Track team action items via a centralized log assigning owners, setting due dates, and driving items to closure
  • Develop and update the team schedule, organize regular status meetings, and distribute meeting minutes
  • Provide knowledge management and documentation disseminating lessons learned and best practices among the team
  • Prepare and present concise written and oral briefings for leadership
  • Work effectively with stakeholders to communicate processes and procedures
  • Gather, prioritize, and respond to programmatic data calls and action items
  • Act with initiative and flexibility to work both individually and in a team environment with limited oversight
  • Demonstrate capacity to pivot and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate effective writing and oral communication skills


Qualifications

  • Must currently hold an active TS/SCI and Poly in order to be considered for this role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Technical Management, or related field
  • 9+ years of experience of relative experience
  • Experience managing multiple vendor relationships simultaneously and establishing new vendor relationships
  • Demonstrated experience establishing and governing requirements processes
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to produce clear, concise, documentation and briefings
  • Demonstrated ability to act with initiative and flexibility to work both individually and in a team environment with limited oversight
  • Demonstrated capacity to pivot and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and produce high-quality deliverables within tight deadlines
  • Experience collaborating across cross functional domains
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
