Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Business Enablement Leader to execute strategic priorities, business initiatives, and organizational objectives.
  • Lead complex projects and cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation, ensuring deliverables, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed.
  • Partner with leadership to evaluate business processes and functions, identify opportunities for improvement, develop recommendations, and drive implementation of approved solutions.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve team effectiveness, streamline processes, and enhance business outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver senior executive presentations, briefing materials, and strategic communications that clearly convey complex information, recommendations, and business priorities.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with partners across Marketing, Events, Human Resources, Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk, and Line of Business leadership to advance strategic initiatives and business objectives.
  • Establish project plans, governance routines, and reporting mechanisms to monitor milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and drive accountability among stakeholders.
  • Analyze business performance, operational processes, organizational trends, and key metrics to identify insights, inform decision-making, and recommend actions.
  • Facilitate alignment across teams and stakeholders to remove obstacles, resolve issues, and advance strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate planning of annual goals and strategic initiatives while managing routines to measure progress and support business performance objectives.
  • Coordinate across stakeholders and drive development of materials, recommendations, and executive communications for:
    • Quarterly Business Reviews
    • Operating Committee meetings
    • Strategic Planning Sessions
    • Executive Leadership meetings
    • Special Project Meetings
    • Other key stakeholder meetings
  • Partner with Finance & Business Management, Sales Enablement, and other support functions to deliver reporting and performance-related deliverables.
  • Support planning and execution of teammate engagement, communication, recognition, training, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to leadership by anticipating needs, proactively addressing challenges, identifying opportunities, and recommending solutions that improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the Business Enablement Leader.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred; MBA preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience in banking/financial services; experience working in Commercial Banking or a related business support function preferred.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity with the ability to independently assess situations, develop solutions, resolve issues, and deliver results.
  • Strong interpersonal, partnership, and relationship management skills with the ability to gain buy-in, build consensus, influence without direct authority, and build credibility across the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering senior executive presentations that distill complex information into clear, concise, and actionable messages.
  • Proficient using Salesforce and Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM, Power BI, data visualization tools, and reporting platforms preferred.
  • Clear and articulate communicator with executive presence and the ability to effectively engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to synthesize data, identify opportunities for improvement, develop recommendations, and drive action through implementation.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive planning skills with exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and execution.
