The OpportunityWe are hiring our first Business Development Representative - a foundational and high-visibility hire within the Growth organization.
This is not a traditional sales role. It is a strategic, industry-facing role focused on helping Terra AI build meaningful relationships and commercial presence across the global mineral exploration ecosystem.
Role- Build Terra AI's network and reputation across the global mineral exploration community
- Identify and engage high-quality exploration companies, operators, and stakeholders
- Develop trusted relationships with geologists, technical leaders, executives, and investors
- Represent Terra AI at industry conferences, technical forums, and field-facing events
- Partner directly with the Head of Growth to structure and advance commercial relationships
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of partnership opportunities
Required Qualifications- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to build trust and communicate effectively across technical and commercial audiences
- Ability to professionally represent Terra AI across industry interactions
- Strong learning agility and comfort engaging with technical subject matter
- Comfortable engaging with both technical and commercial stakeholders
- Willingness to travel regularly for conferences, partner meetings, and industry events

Compensation$80,000 - $110,000 base salary + performance bonus + equityIn accordance with California law, the above range reflects the reasonably expected base salary for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and market considerations.
