Key Responsibilities- Generate prospective customers and qualify leads from marketing programs through cold calling and email outreach.
- Direct Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to the appropriate Sales District with high efficiency and prioritization.
- Proactively collaborate with the sales team to ensure pre-qualified leads are processed in a timely manner, driving pipeline creation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and empower shared success.
- Diligently document all sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce to maintain data integrity and focus on the details.
- Identify client needs, providing guidance and information on our products and services to increase customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with new products, services, and cybersecurity industry trends, applying this learning to solve customer problems.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results and performance metrics set by leadership.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent internship/work experience.
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or a similar role involving inbound and outbound calls.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calling.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for documenting activities.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to various audiences.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and engaging presentation skills.
- Familiarity with analyzing spreadsheets and charts using MS Excel.
Qualifications Compensation DisclosureThe compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
