What You'll Do
Generate pipeline through high-performing outbound motions across cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and events
Develop deep mastery of Alleviate's product, ICP, and value proposition
Partner closely with our AE to book qualified meetings, progress accounts, and accelerate pipeline growth
Qualify prospects through consultative selling - understand how clinical research sites operate and what pain points to lead with
Maintain accurate client relationship data within our CRM
Train to join our Account Executive team
Who You Are
1+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or a high-volume prospecting role
Top performer - track record of top sales performance: quick promotions, consistently beating quota
AI-native: deep understanding of AI GTM tools and the ability to execute with them day-to-day
Fully committed to working in-person, 5 days/week at our San Francisco headquarters
Comfortable in an early-stage startup where you'll be asked to wear different hats and take on responsibilities outside your core role

$80,000 base salary / $120,000 OTE (on-target earnings)
