Lead with Purpose. Partner with Impact. The Business Development Manager builds and works a prospect pipeline across Madison, Minneapolis, and Milwaukee. The role sources and qualifies prospective clients, secures introductory meetings for advisors, and maintains the referral relationships and campaign follow-through that keep that pipeline full. Pipeline Management:- Own your prospect pipeline, keeping stage, source, and next action current for every active opportunity.
- Maintain a consistent follow-up cadence, including long-cycle prospects who are not yet ready to move.
- Report your pipeline volume, conversion, and source performance to the Head of Business Development, and flag where activity is falling short of plan.
