Job Summary

B&A is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a great team while supporting the US Courts OSCAR program. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in Single Sign-On (SSO) processes, Process Automation, and a proven track record of team leadership. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring secure, seamless, and scalable SSO implementations while automating manual processes. You will play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing user authentication processes while leading a team of analysts and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of SSO solutions for the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
