Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and system integrations.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with PL/SQL.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for project management and collaboration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools for reporting and data visualization, such as Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high delivery standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders and SMEs to define business and technical requirements.
• Analyze current processes and design optimized solutions through gap and impact analyses.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and functional specifications including user stories.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and solution architects to refine backlog items.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions against business standards.
• Act as the liaison between business and technical teams for effective communication.
