Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive business process improvements and support high-quality solution delivery within an Agile environment. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders and SMEs to define and document business and technical requirements aligned with strategic goals.
  • Analyze current ("as-is") processes and design improved ("to-be") solutions, conducting gap and impact analyses to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and functional specifications including user stories, business rules, and data requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and solution architects to refine backlog items, support roadmap planning, and manage scope effectively.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives) to ensure iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business and quality standards.
  • Serve as the liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and successful execution of deliverables.
