Title: Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst

Location: Remote in USA (need to work in PST hours)

Position Summary

Concentrix is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst to support sales operations and territory management initiatives. This role partners closely with B2B sales teams to ensure accurate territory alignment, optimize account ownership structures, and maintain data integrity within Salesforce. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders and translate business requirements into operational solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with B2B sales teams to analyze territory assignments and implement adjustments resulting from promotions, employee transitions, leaves of absence, organizational changes, and other business-driven factors.
  • Review and assess intake requests, engaging directly with stakeholders to clarify requirements, validate business needs, and ensure timely and accurate territory updates.
  • Utilize Salesforce administrative capabilities to manage account and user profile information, ensuring appropriate data access and alignment with territory assignments.
  • Support territory planning and mapping initiatives by evaluating boundary conditions, account ownership structures, and parent-child hierarchy relationships that influence territory allocation decisions.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders via Microsoft Teams, phone, and other collaboration tools to meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and drive issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of territory changes, processes, and communications to support operational consistency and compliance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process improvement opportunities and enhance the efficiency of territory management operations.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, or in a related role supporting sales operations, territory management, or business process improvement.
  • Experience with or exposure to Salesforce; familiarity with Salesforce administration and data management is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting Sales Operations, Territory Management, or related business functions is preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of territory planning methodologies and account ownership models.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales process optimization.
  • Ability to interpret business requirements and recommend scalable operational solutions.

The base salary for this position is $82,000 to $85,000 plus, incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
