Operations Director Automotive (Remote)

Job Description

The Operations Director Automotive is responsible for leading multiple lines of business, client programs, or business units to achieve operational excellence, client satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance. This role provides strategic leadership to Operations Managers, Senior Managers, and other leaders while ensuring the successful execution of client commitments and organizational goals. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE 

As a Operations Director Automotive working from home, you will:

  • Responsible for managing the performance across multiple automotive accounts; experience in the automotive industry is a huge plus in this role!
  • Serve as a primary contact to our automotive clients; proactively discussing strategic initiatives, performance, sharing goals and objectives, etc.
  • Identify performance related issues, develop an action plan for improvement, implement corrective action, up to and including termination of employment
  • Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs’) and financial expectations
  • Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates
  • Conduct Team Meetings to ensure expedient communication of relevant information and as an open forum for input. Schedule and organize team activities
  • Stay current on internal work processes, policies and procedures. Attend required manager development training
  • Promote the Concentrix values through both behavior and attitude, including being an advocate for team members
  • Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
