This role supports strategic and operational decision-making by partnering closely with senior leadership, delivering insights and analysis across the business. In this role you will collaborate closely with data modeling and frontline field teams, driving compensation goals focused on growing our base the right way. You will also maintain account ownership for the teams you support, ensuring the right seller receives attribution for orders processed. Success is measured by the accuracy and impact of insights that enable field teams to focus on customer connections and delivering market share to T-Mobile. Our work influences organizational strategies and provides a unique perspective into the day-to-day realities of our field sellers and the challenges they face. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
