Hiring Salary Range: $89,250.00-115,500.00 / year

As a Business Advisor (Productivity & Value Realization), you will support the Sr Manager, Special Projects (Productivity and Value Realization) and partner with operations teams and lines of business to ensure productivity and transformation opportunities are clearly defined, tracked, and progressed.

General Accountabilities:
  • Serve as a key point of contact for assigned leaders and business units.
  • Understand corporate priorities, challenges, and performance drivers to provide informed recommendations.
  • Prepare leadership briefs, meeting materials, reports, strategies and business updates to support decision-making.
  • Offer guidance on processes, timelines, and expectations for planning and reporting cycles and lead implementation of new initiatives.
  • Prepare and execute communications materials and strategies to support business
  • Create, maintain, and distribute recurring business performance reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Support adherence to internal processes, controls, and reporting standards.
  • Track and monitor deliverables, approvals, and documentation required for audits or corporate governance.
  • Escalate risks, issues, and dependencies when needed/required
  • Implement standard templates, tools, and reporting formats to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Find and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the adoption of new systems or technologies.
  • Build, foster and manage relationships with both internal and external partners.
  • Support the operation and performance of the business and partnerships
  • Other duties as assigned


Selection Criteria:
  • Post-secondary education
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a critical thinker with the ability to exercise sound judgment, confidentiality, discretion and integrity at all times.
  • Keen ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, up to and including the Board of Directors
  • Project management/project coordination experience considered an asset
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Flexibility and ability to recognize and identify constantly shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Financial acumen considered an asset
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of SharePoint, as well as SAP considered an asset

The base salary for this role considers a variety of factors, including candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, education, and any applicable collective agreement requirements for union-represented positions.
