New Sales Mentor/Mentee Program

New to automotive sales? We've got you covered!

Our Sales Mentor/Mentee Program is designed to help new sales consultants build confidence, master proven sales techniques, and succeed from day one. You'll be paired with an experienced sales mentor who will coach you through every step of the sales process while helping you build a successful career.

To help you get started, new participants in the Mentor/Mentee Program receive a guaranteed $3,500 per month for their first three months while they learn the business and develop their sales skills.
What You'll Do

As a Buick GMC Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through every step of their vehicle-buying journey-from initial contact to vehicle delivery. You'll help customers find the right Buick or GMC vehicle while providing an exceptional, personalized experience that creates lifelong customers.
Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best Buick or GMC vehicle.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct engaging test drives.
• Present financing, protection, and ownership options when appropriate.
• Manage the delivery process to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities using CRM tools.
• Build lasting relationships that generate repeat and referral business.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Previous automotive or sales experience is preferred but not required-we'll train the right candidate!
