To help you get started,
new participants in the Mentor/Mentee Program receive a guaranteed $3,500 per month for their first three months while they learn the business and develop their sales skills.
What You'll DoAs a Mazda Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through every step of their vehicle-buying journey-from discovery to delivery. Your goal is to create an exceptional, personalized experience while helping customers find the perfect vehicle for their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot.
- Learn customer needs and recommend the best vehicle solutions.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives.
- Guide customers through the purchase and delivery process.
- Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service.
- Maintain accurate customer information using CRM tools.
