Required Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience working as a Business System Analyst - requirements planning, data mapping, analysis, use case development, and documentation.
  • 5+ years of Banking experience in Data Analysis or Business Analysis.

  • Plan and execute detailed system requirements phases and identify, track, and resolve business systems issues.
  • Assess, research, analyze, and document stakeholder needs using the recommended or appropriate information-gathering and data-modeling techniques to elicit requirements.
  • Contribute to the successful completion of project objectives with high quality, within budget, and on time.
  • Review test plans, scenarios, and test cases as needed.
  • Support Development, Quality Assurance, and User Acceptance Testing activities.
  • Build and maintain a repository of reusable system documentation.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints.
  • Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members and stakeholders.


The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 75,000 to 90,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
