Position Overview

PNC is seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Lead to join the account management team within Creative Services, serving as a primary liaison to our MarCom partners with a focus on the CIM creative work set. A marketing lead operates with a high degree of independence and fully owns administrative and project management responsibilities—guiding partners through the creative process, reviewing input briefs (providing recommendations and asking questions), kicking off creative with our team, and ensuring work is delivered on time, on brand, and to a consistently high standard. In addition to CIM, this role is expected to take on additional account-based and administrative work as needed to support the broader account management team and evolving business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Liaison & Account Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact and day-to-day liaison between Creative Services and MarCom partners.
• Guide partners through the creative process end to end, setting clear expectations while providing hands-on support at every stage.
• Build trusted, collaborative relationships that position Creative Services as a strategic partner rather than an order-taker.
• Proactively communicate status, risks, and changes to keep partners and internal stakeholders aligned.
• Provide flexible account and administrative support across the broader account management team, adapting responsibilities as business needs and priorities evolve.

CIM Project Management & Ownership

• Completely own administrative needs and project management for CIM pods as related to the creative work set, operating independently from intake to final delivery.
• Review input briefs, secure required inputs and approvals, and ensure briefs are complete and actionable before work begins.
• Kick off creative work with the Creative Services team, ensuring clear direction, scope, and priorities are established up front.
• Provide administrative support and coordination for CIM scripts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, quality, and partner expectations across the CIM portfolio.

Cross-Team Testing & Specs Management

• Coordinate cross-team testing of CIM creative to validate performance, functionality, and brand and technical compliance.
• Update and maintain specifications as changes are made, ensuring documentation stays current and accurate across teams.
• Serve as a connective tissue between partners, creative, and testing functions to keep work moving efficiently.
Tracking, Reporting & Escalation
• Track CIM work throughout the year, including the volume of projects completed and key milestones.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting on CIM to inform planning, capacity, and resourcing decisions.
• Identify and escalate creative concerns, risks, or roadblocks to the team promptly, recommending solutions where possible.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in account management, project management, or creative operations within an agency, in-house agency, or enterprise marketing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to own complex workstreams independently and manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of the creative development process, from briefing through production and delivery.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to guide partners through defined processes.
• Experience developing input briefs and translating partner needs into clear, actionable creative direction.
• Detail-oriented with strong tracking, reporting, and documentation habits.
• Comfortable coordinating cross-functional testing and maintaining evolving specifications.
• Ability to identify risks early and escalate concerns constructively with recommended solutions.

What Success Looks Like

• MarCom partners view Creative Services as a trusted, reliable strategic partner for CIM creative work.
• CIM projects are delivered on time, on brand, and at a consistently high level of quality.
• The CIM process runs smoothly and independently, with briefs, testing, and specs managed proactively.
• Accurate tracking and reporting provide clear visibility into CIM volume and throughput throughout the year.
• Creative concerns and risks are surfaced early, keeping work on track and stakeholders aligned.
The role flexes to meet emerging account management needs, strengthening team capacity as priorities evolve.
