As a BBL, you will not just manage a brand; you will run a business. You will be the mastermind behind transforming consumer desire, accelerating our digital footprint, and driving high-impact innovation in the Canadian market. This position requires an individual who thrives at the intersection of creative brand building and rigorous go-to-market execution, while managing and developing a highly talented team.
Your Mission

Your ultimate objective is to elevate L'Oréal Paris Hair Care & Hair Color to new heights of market leadership and brand love through four critical strategic pillars:
  • Premiumise Haircare: Accelerate our premiumization strategy by driving the adoption of high-performance hair treatments (serums, masks, oils). You will educate and entice consumers to expand their routines, positioning L'Oréal Paris as the ultimate authority in science-backed, premium hair health.
  • Reignite the Desire for Hair Color: Break category conventions to bring excitement, glamour, and modern relevance back to home hair coloring. You will spearhead campaigns that celebrate self-expression, simplify the consumer journey, and make hair color highly desirable for new and existing generations.
  • Accelerate E-Commerce & Omnichannel Growth: implementing in partnership with the teams best-in-class digital shelf strategies, online activations, and personalized consumer experiences in partnership with major e-retailers.
  • Maintain Growth through Core & Innovation: Strike the perfect balance between safeguarding and growing our legendary "core" portfolio while launching disruptive, highly successful innovations.
Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Market Execution
  • Define in peer with the GM strategic roadmap for the Canadian Hair Care & Hair Color categories, aligning global brand vision with local market specificities.
  • Lead the launch, local adaptation, and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns (retail, ecom, media, PR, Influencer, and Social Media).
  • Own the category P&L, monitoring key financial indicators (sell-out, market share, profitability, and return on investment) to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.

2. Product & Innovation Management
  • Launch breakthrough innovations with high-impact launch plans while continuously optimizing the core catalog.
  • Design and execute the "Premiumization through Treatments" strategy, focusing on high-margin treatment segments and consumer routine-building.
  • Reposition and modernize the Hair Color portfolio to drive trial and brand loyalty among younger demographics.

3. Digital & E-Commerce Leadership
  • Partner closely with the Digital & E-Commerce teams to maximize online visibility, traffic & and digital conversion.
  • Develop tailored content and activation strategies specifically designed for social and e-retail platforms.
