Job Title: Analyst, Wall Planning

Division: Consumer Products Division

Location: 10 Hudson Yards, NY, NY

Reports To:Director, Wall Planning

What You Will Learn:

In this role, you will master the end-to-end operational execution of permanent merchandising programs for world-class beauty brands, developing deep expertise in retail space planning and artwork production workflows. By acting as the vital link between Sales, Creative, Marketing, and major retail partners, you will sharpen your cross-functional stakeholder management and complex project coordination skills. Additionally, working in this fast-paced environment will build your agility and detail-oriented problem-solving capabilities, providing a strong foundation for long-term career growth within L'Oréal.

  • Manage Artwork & Production: Coordinate the end-to-end artwork production process, validating codes, copy, and dielines, and tracking seasonal routing (1H/2H) from creative brief to final printer release.
  • Act as Retail & Agency Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for Account Merchandising Managers (AMMs) and external agencies, resolving planogram or graphic discrepancies and handling urgent field requests.
  • Drive Project Tracking: Own and update the weekly permanent merchandising project tracker, proactively following up with project owners to ensure all milestones are met on time.
  • Lead Graphic Kickoffs: Create seasonal graphic matrices, align with Creative and Marketing on upcoming updates, and establish priority header lineups for each cosmetics wall.
  • Support Department Operations: Partner with formulation labs to maintain Master Ingredient Lists, and own the coordination, agendas, and action items for weekly departmental meetings.

Salary Range: $71,300-$91,800 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
