Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
The Regulatory Review Rep requires in-depth knowledge of Access Management/IAM Portal, ServiceNow, and Power App/SharePoint applications. In addition to reviewing and processing Access Management requests the analyst will be facilitating, documenting, and communicating clean-up projects following the team’s processes and procedures with limited guidance. This individual contributor role is responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality business-as-usual (BAU) servicing by maintaining strong audit readiness, compliance execution, and effective remediation of customer-impacting access issues. This role relies heavily on application knowledge, understanding what access entitlements grant, how the user will be utilizing the access and analytical skills to be able to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.
Preferred Skills/Experience
Audit & compliance mindset: Demonstrated ability to follow procedures, meet training/certification requirements, and support audit evidence and inquiry responses with accuracy and timeliness. Advanced knowledge of Security Policies and Standards and regulatory requirements for Transaction Processing and Shared Serves (TPSS).
Process discipline: Strong attention to detail with ability to document observations, maintain guides/knowledge articles, and follow structured remediation practices. Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously with limited supervision.
Continuous improvement: Ability to identify manual work and propose improvements; comfort participating in testing/validation of enhancements.
Digital proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools; ability to use digital assistants (e.g., Copilot) to improve writing quality and meeting preparation.
Performance tracking: Comfort tracking and communicating operational metrics (e.g., volumes, error ratios) and raising issues early. Comprehensive understanding of project management and testing methodology and procedures.
Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills, working effectively with peers, stakeholders and all levels of management. Ability to conduct an analysis of a business need, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas and conferring with business line leaders.
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on concise, high-quality documentation and status reporting. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Comfortable communicating with all levels of management within the TPSS organization.
Learning agility: Commitment to ongoing skill development and maintaining an actionable career development plan.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically five or more years of experience in regulatory compliance activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Advanced knowledge of government and regulatory laws and regulations
- Thorough knowledge of U.S. Bancorp operations, policies and procedures
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong presentation skills.
This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $86,360.00 - $101,600.00
