The DCS platform team's goal is to build all the necessary and advanced tooling to support full-lifecycle operation and management of domestic and overseas data centers, covering data center infrastructure operation and maintenance, server delivery, server operation, asset and resource management, platform tooling, as well as cloud services and server system services. Qualification
Minimum Qualifications - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience - Coursework, academic projects, or internship experience in two or more of the following: web application development, Unix/Linux environments, distributed and parallel systems, networking systems, or building software systems - Strong foundational programming and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly - Genuine interest in IT Operations concepts such as Discovery, Insights, and Configuration Management (DICM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or IT Service Management (ITSM); prior coursework or exposure is a plus but not required Preferred Qualifications - Exposure to GPU computing, big data technologies (Hadoop/Kafka/Apache), or streaming/computing concepts through coursework, internships, or personal projects - Software development experience with Golang or Python, through coursework, internships, or personal projects - Familiarity with the web stack, including protocols and basic web server concepts - Experience troubleshooting technical issues in an academic, internship, or personal project setting

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128000 - $256000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
