Position Description:
Employees in this job function develop and maintain the back-end/ server-side parts of an application, typically consisting of APIs, databases and other services containing business logic. They work with various languages and tools to create and maintain services on-prem or in the cloud. Key Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers to understand their use-cases and requirements 2. Solve complex problems by designing, developing, and delivering using various tools, languages, frameworks, and technologies 3. Align with architecture guidelines for unified and coherent approach to development 4. Design, develop, and deliver new code using various tools, languages, frameworks, and technologies 5. Develop and maintain back-end applications like APIs and microservices using server-side languages like Java, Python, C#, etc. 6. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user interface elements and with cross functional teams like product owners, designers, architects etc. 7. Manage application deployment to the cloud or on-prem, health and performance monitoring, security hardening and disaster recovery for deployed applications 8. Manage data storage and retrievals in applications by utilizing database technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, etc. 9. Promote improvements in programming practices, such as test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery 10. Optimize back-end infrastructure and deployment practices to improve application resiliency and reliability 11. Support security practices to safeguard user data including encryption and anonymization

Senior Engineer Exp: Prac. In 2 coding lang. or adv. Prac. in 1 lang.; guides. 10+ years in IT; 8+ years in development

Remote Position This position is for a software developer for and on-premise installation of IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities (MREF, formerly IBM Tririga) Ideal Candidate should have knowledge of TRIRIGA, MREF & Platforms, including • IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform - Business Objects, Business Processes, DataConnect, Integration Objects • IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities (MREF) on Maximo Application Suite (MAS) - awareness of or experience with MREF as the successor to TRIRIGA and the migration path between them • TRIRIGA / MREF Space Management and Facilities modules • TRIRIGA / MREF Real Estate and Lease Management • TRIRIGA Workplace Reservations / MREF space booking - room and resource booking sync • Drawing Management - CAD/DXF floor plan integration, IBM cad integrator plugin publishing process • HR Connector - employee, org hierarchy, and manager rollup synchronization Enterprise HR/MDM platforms - employee lifecycle, department structures, employee hierarchy data • Microsoft Exchange / Outlook / Graph API - calendar integration with workplace reservation modules • Enterprise API gateway platforms (e.g., Apigee) Specific Domain Knowledge should include • TRIRIGA and MREF data models: Business Objects, record types, and cross-module relationships • HR data flows: employee lifecycle, org hierarchy, department cross-reference, manager rollups • Facilities management: space planning, lease accounting, room reservations, occupancy data • Enterprise integration patterns: scheduled sync, DataConnect and MAS Integration Framework pipelines, API-to-BO data feeds • Platform migration experience: TRIRIGA-to-MREF transition planning, API and connector
