Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a service advisory role preferred, but training is available for the right candidate
• Positive attitude
• Team player
• Sales experience is a plus
• Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) focused

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Report vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor and parts
• Establish follow-up times with customers
• Monitor vehicle progress and update customers frequently
• Explain completed work and charges to customers
