Full Job Description
This Associate Professional, Security Training, Awareness, Communications candidate supports our cybersecurity awareness efforts, will create and update security awareness graphics, charts, and presentations and assist with editing and writing security awareness content and communications pertaining to training and awareness material.

This Associate will be creative and innovative in finding ways to relate cybersecurity topics to different types of individuals with different levels of experience with technology. Essential to this role is the ability to take data and generate presentations, pictures, charts, etc. to support the message for technical and/or non-technical audiences.

Additionally, this role includes the ability to analyze and data mine awareness and training metrics, translating insights into meaningful trends and actionable recommendations. The Associate will develop and maintain executive-level dashboards using tools such as Power BI to visualize program performance, engagement, and risk indicators, enabling leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and report on information security metrics as pertains to Information Security training and awareness
  • Uses creative and innovative ways to relate cybersecurity topics to different types of individuals, with different levels of technology experience.
  • Conduct interviews and work closely with IT support teams and SMEs to gather IT technical content
  • Write and edit cybersecurity operational, instructional standard procedures, and training materials as assigned
  • Create templates for the cybersecurity team (e.g. Standard Operating Procedures, Forms, Questionnaires, etc.)
  • Design and develop engaging training videos and multimedia content to support cybersecurity awareness initiatives, including scripting, storyboarding, and visual production
  • Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, engaging video content suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences


Skills & Experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Creative Suite, and video creation/editing platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences
  • Excellent technical writing and editing skills, with experience developing and refining IT or cybersecurity content
  • Experience in graphic design and visual content development to support training and awareness initiatives
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a global environment with both onsite and virtual stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines to ensure consistent corporate identity
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines, incorporate feedback, and manage multiple projects

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $72,700.00 - $116,300.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
