Technical Skills (Primary):- Experience Domain Knowledge:
- 10 to 14 years as a Business Systems Analyst preferably in insurance
- Strong knowledge of insurance processes Life and annuity underwriting claims billing
- Requirements System Design:
- Hands on experience with requirement elicitation and documentation
- Ability to design functional and system specifications
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders
- Release Implementation:
- Expertise in release management and coordination across distributed teams
- Collaborate with developer's testers and product owners for successful delivery
- Support UAT data validation and production rollout activities
- Tools Techniques:
- Proficiency in JIRA Confluence MS Office
- Skilled in system modeling techniques
Soft Skills:- As this is an onsite role must have strong written and oral communication skills
- Insurance Domain Knowledge
- Strong ability to work with client stakeholders
- Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation
Required Qualifications:- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or master's degree in computer administration
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Technical Skills Secondary (Nice to have, NOT MANDATORY):- MS Visio Lucid chart or similar for diagrams
- SQL basics
