Overview

The Zenith Precision team is passionate about data and advocates for and trains communication planning teams to leverage live data to surface audience insights and uncover new audience segments. This highly focused team is dedicated to leveraging Ad Tech in order to achieve this goal.

This Associate Director position requires a highly motivated, technical savvy, detail orientated, and entrepreneurial person to lead the day to day management of the technical end of the Precision team. This individual will develop/ deliver/ inspire Zenith's vision of Live ROI and our audience first approach as a mantra and help champion that spirit to their team, while positioning Zenith Media as an Interactive strategy leader.

Responsibilities
• Help clients launch DMP, Attribution, TMS and other data and audience based technology solutions across display, video, social, mobile and all offline media
• Write and deliver technical strategies and POV's as well as oversee the translation of these strategies into the final audience recommendations/plans
• Evaluate and select strategic solutions on behalf of select clients such as DMP's, Attribution and TMS tools
• Build, maintain and grow client relationships and client business
o Analyze client's audience strategies and work with strategy and activation groups to lead business case development
• Build and maintain relationships with data and technology vendors and internal agency counterparts
• Responsible for the creation of education materials that keep the entire agency up to speed on marketplace tools and various technologies as they continue to innovate and iterate
• Command a comprehensive understanding of marketing communications which can be effectively translated into developing audience goals, objectives, and strategies
• Motivate and manage Precision's technology team in the creation, development and execution of programmatic and general media activations, solutions and tactics
o Facilitate team building through collaborative management style, open communication and focused project management to assure that assignments are completed in a timely manner
o Ensure team delivers upon objectives within budget and time parameters
• Support Director and VP in managing account profitability; identify, assess, and implement strategic organizational capabilities and partner initiatives in a profitable manner
• Demonstrate a deep technical understanding as well as problem solving and intervention when necessary
• Understand Agency business objectives above and beyond technical role by actively participating in cross agency projects

o i.e. Taskforces that strengthen media discipline

Qualifications
• 5+ years Digital operations and media technology experience, preferably from a technology company or media agency or trading desk background
• Strong background in interactive work: DSPs, DMPs, Mobile innovations, OLV cross screen, data and analytics, etc...
• Experience using or launching data, attribution or programmatic tools
• Track record of building successful client relationships
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically
• Must be a self-starter who works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proven ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and result
• Significant experience in a service, delivery and/or customer focused organization is required
• Must have demonstrated ability to gets things done through 'un-owned' resources
• Must have outstanding motivational and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering creative solutions, and the ability to align team members behind creative solutions

Compensation Range: $97,375 - $155,961 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
