ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities: - Help lead teams in the development and execution of socially led work that spans across large-scale social campaigns to smaller day-to-day projects, and could include multi-channel work that spans all things digital.
- Understand the value of strategic insights, experiences and storytelling to create and sell your ideas.
- While this role is specifically for candidates with a writing background, an appreciation and understanding of the craft (both art direction and copywriting) is a must.
- Partner with agency capabilities including strategy, media, DnA and tech to help inform the work.
- Build relationships internally and externally.
QualificationsRequired:- Four-year degree and at least six years at a competitive creative agency. Work should include strong social experience, demonstrating an understanding of writing specifically for social, and a track record of successful creative work, along with experience working on cross-channel campaigns.
- Experience working on clients in heavily regulated industries is a plus.
- Energy, a sense of humor, and an open and curious mind - yes, these things really do matter. So does being straightforward, candid and, above all, respectful - of the work and your peers.
- Awards are a nice bonus, but original breakthrough ideas and real creative problem-solving are even better.
- Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL• E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.
- An understanding of the nuances between social platforms, from Instagram and Facebook to TikTok and LinkedIn (and everything in between)

Compensation Range: USD $106,780.00 - USD $163,632.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
