  • Leverage detailed industry research to support transactional ideas and sourcing of acquisitions.
  • Analyze market impact and strategies of potential transactions and clients.

Full Job Description
The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

- Develop and oversee production of supporting analyses for M&A and related financings.
- Participate in client meetings and assist RMs in client coverage.
- M&A analyses to support internal transaction approvals.
- Leverage analyses and detailed industry research to develop transactional ideas and support the sourcing of potential acquisitions. Analyze the operational/market impact of potential transactions, including analysis of market share, products, geographic impact and other strategic factors.
- Analyze strategies and M&A initiatives of our clients, present recommendations to management.

- 5-7 years of experience in M&A advisory business.
- Knowledge and skills of corporate valuation and accounting.
- Previous investment banking experience analyzing and executing M&A transactions and financing (3-5 yrs.).
- High level of PC skills in MS Office. -If you are a CIB staff who is a registered representatives are expected to refer business to BTMUS.
