The client services manager (alongside the account manager) works closely with vendors and internal stakeholders (VBMs/BDEs/Sales), serving as a trusted point of contact and contributing to strategic marketing planning and execution.
This Entry level role is responsible for developing, executing, and measuring marketing programs that drive customer acquisition, sales growth, and market share. The individual partners with sales, vendors, and channel partners to execute effective campaigns, advertising initiatives, and marketing strategies while analyzing results and optimizing performance.

• Update and maintain trackers, timelines, and documentation for marketing activities
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, campaign milestones, and planning cadences
• Collect and organize marketing materials and assets
• Support campaign kickoff meetings and the proofing/approval process
• Collect and manage post-campaign documentation (POP/POE), track ROI and performance metrics,
and contribute to campaign recaps
• Assist with budget updates, manage claims submissions and receivables tracking.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up on campaign activities.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $72,700.00 - $116,300.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
